Caffeine addiction
With all the bad effects of caffeine in soda, energy drinks, and coffee, it is better to live without them. Skipping caffeinated drinks might not sound as hard to others but those who grew a habit of drinking caffeine may find it harder to quit (John Hopkins University School of Medicine, 2003). This is because their body is dependent to caffeine. If a person misses their daily dose of caffeine, they may experience a variety of withdrawal symptoms (John Hopkins University School of Medicine, 2003).
